报告摘要： In this talk， we prove first that the equivalence between the definitions of the fractional 

Laplacian operator via the Cauchy principal value of singular integrals and via the Fourier transform on

 Schwartz space of rapidly decreasing smooth functions， and then establish the existence of  the 

fundamental solution for the fractional Laplacian operator in the fractional Sobolev spaces via the boundary 

values of an elliptic equation in the one higher dimension.
